Code of Business Ethics

We prioritise ethical conduct in all business dealings with employees, customers, shareholders, stakeholders, regulators, and the public. Protection

Our Personal Data Protection Policy ("Policy") outlines our commitment to protecting personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA 2010"). This Policy governs the collection, processing, sharing, and transfer of data to ensure the privacy and security of personal information.
 

Whistleblowing Policy

Our Whistleblowing Policy encourages all employees and members of the public to promptly and appropriately raise genuine concerns related to the Company. If wrongdoing, such as potential criminal offences by superiors or colleagues, is suspected, individuals can report it following the established procedures.

We assure employees and members of the public that their rights will be protected, and they will be safeguarded against reprisals or victimisation, as outlined in the Whistleblowing Policy.

Procurement Policy

  • To ensure our sourcing practices are principled, sustainable, and value-driven.

  • Partner only with suppliers who align with the RBA Code of Conduct.
  • Evaluate vendors on quality, price, service, ethical standards, and sustainability.
  • Maintain zero tolerance for corruption, conflicts of interest, or unethical conduct.
  • Safeguard confidentiality, data security, and proprietary information in every transaction.
  • Support supplier diversity, local sourcing, and long-term relationships built on trust.
Implementation
  • This policy is governed by a robust procurement framework, annual supplier evaluations, and risk-based due diligence to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.
This Policy Framework is owned and endorsed by the Toyoplas Executive Leadership Team and shall be reviewed annually in alignment with corporate governance practices.
