Code of Business Ethics

We prioritise ethical conduct in all business dealings with employees, customers, shareholders, stakeholders, regulators, and the public. Personal Data
Protection

Our Personal Data Protection Policy ("Policy") outlines our commitment to protecting personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA 2010"). This Policy governs the collection, processing, sharing, and transfer of data to ensure the privacy and security of personal information.
 

Whistleblowing Policy

Our Whistleblowing Policy encourages all employees and members of the public to promptly and appropriately raise genuine concerns related to the Company. If wrongdoing, such as potential criminal offences by superiors or colleagues, is suspected, individuals can report it following the established procedures.

We assure employees and members of the public that their rights will be protected, and they will be safeguarded against reprisals or victimisation, as outlined in the Whistleblowing Policy.
 

Green Environmental Policy

Toyoplas is committed to reducing its environmental footprint and contributing to a sustainable future. We comply with all applicable environmental regulations and industry best practices while working to minimise waste, emissions, and energy consumption throughout our operations. Our commitments include promoting green procurement, encouraging responsible waste disposal, and fostering a culture of environmental awareness and recycling. This policy statement is implemented across all Toyoplas sites and functions, with performance monitored against defined sustainability targets and reported annually.
 

Safety & Health Policy

Toyoplas is dedicated to ensuring a safe, respectful, and health-conscious work environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors. We strive to maintain a hazard-free workplace in accordance with the RBA Code of Conduct and local regulatory standards. We proactively assess and mitigate workplace risks and provide employees with the necessary training, tools, and protective equipment. We strive to embed quality throughout the product lifecycle by integrating customer feedback and continuous improvement initiatives. Employees are trained and empowered to uphold quality at all levels. This policy statement is applied from product design through delivery and is reinforced by regular audits, reviews, and oversight from leadership.
 

Procurement Policy

At Toyoplas, our procurement practices are guided by the principles of ethics, sustainability, and long-term value. We evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, service levels, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations. We maintain strict standards of confidentiality and data security in all transactions, and uphold a zero-tolerance approach to corruption, conflicts of interest, and unethical behaviour. This policy statement is implemented through a structured procurement process, including regular supplier evaluations and continuous risk-based assessments.
This Policy Framework is owned and endorsed by the Toyoplas Executive Leadership Team and shall be reviewed annually in alignment with corporate governance practices.
